Bio

Giorgio Savona is born in Rome in 1971. He studied Theoretical Physics at L’Universita’ a Sapienza, and he got a PhD in Physics in 2003. After working in several Universities in Europe (Rome, Paris, Bochum) he left his academic carrier to work in London as Quantum Analyst. After one year he come back in Paris, where he started to work as freelance photography to be involved in social programs. In 2011 he published a book about Paris with Russian Editor AST, and from the end of 2012 he decided to try his carrier as documentary photographer. He is a self-taught photographer with a passion that started when he was 14 years old.
